Is Nipple Discharge With Dizziness And Bloating Normal?

Hi, I am 20 years old. I took the plan b pill the day following unprotected sex. I feel relatively normal except for some slight dizziness, bloating and tender breast, which I hear is common. But one thing that is bothering me is that I noticed last night that I have some small nipple discharge. Not leakage just a thick white substance that I was able to squeeze from my nipple. Is this normal?

Hello,

Any discharge from nipple in your age require evaluation. Discharge should be collected and sent for malignant cytology. Moreover, an MRI of the breast is required to look for any underlying mass lesion. Please get these tests done and review with reports.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Iven Romic Rommstein, General Surgeon
