Suggest Treatment For Clot Like Spot Near Ankle Of Infant

Question: Curious what this mark on my baby's foot is. It is not sensitive to touch and does not bother him but it just appeared at 9 months. He is an identical twin and the other twin does not have this. It is right on the crease between the foot and leg. Could it be from his sock maybe?IMG_6261.JPG

Brief Answer:
It can be due to compression of socks

Hi! Welcome to health care magic!
Based on its looks it apparently doesn't look a big issue to be worried about. infants play around and wave there limbs quite often and can have struck something and it might have lead to the mark. Also that, some tight pair of socks may have contributed about these.
Meanwhile keep monitoring him, for any new onset mark else where as easy bruisibility can be a sign of clotting disorders and hence needs to be worked out in such cases.
At for this moment, nothing much is required to be done. If you dont have any more questions, please close the discussion. You can also reach me directly through my profile in future, in case of any more questions, Regards.
