Brief Answer:
You should be treated as follows

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking in HCM

I can understand your concern

According to the history this situation needs treatment.

It seems like a viral condition and probably with bacterial super infection.

For the antibiotic you should do a blood test :
CRP

If it is positive you should take Azythromicini once orally three days.

If not you don't need antibiotic treatment.

The other treatment despite above should be aerosols/nebulizer with bronchodilatators with steroids like Albuterol with Budesonide combined twice for up to a week.

It would be better to do a Spirometry test to detect if there is an obstruction of the airways .

Please discuss with your doctor for the above
Take care and feel free to ask me again
