Brief Answer:
Ear infection

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

I am sorry to hear that you are having ear problems. This could be due to several problems. The most likely is just pressure differences caused by the eustachian tube not equalizing the pressure. The best method to open the ear due to the pressure difference is get afrin nose spray or other nasal decongestant spray. Spray the decongestant in your nose and just by opening up the nasal passages the pressure may relieve itself. Another cause is either fluid behind the ear or an ear infection. For this I recommend seeing your medical provider and have them look at your ear drum. If there is fluid they may elect to continue the nasal spray or use an oral decongestant. They may also recommend a course of antibiotics, For a XXXXXXX ear infection you will need a course of antibiotics.

In summary
1. eustachian tube problems
2. use afrin or other nasal decongestant
3. Fluid behind eardrum use afrin
4. Ear infection use afrin and antibiotic
