Brief Answer:
looks like allergic cough.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the query.
From your detailed description it looks like it is allergic or asthmatic cough.
You need to rule out asthma.
Remove all the dust attracting materials from the room like books, curtains, wet mopping of the floor should be done frequently, also see for the allergan and try to avoid it.
Swich 100 is ok for him as his weight is 16kg, swich 50 will be inadequate.
Levokast -N can be given sometimes for longer time if the treating doctor suspects asthma or allergic reaction.
So i would say , you are on right track
Hope I helped you.

Frequent use of antibiotics is ok for him.
Today doctor prescribe him for servil-d for high cough twice in a day. I don't understand why he require two cough syrup at a time one servil-d and another ambrodil lx.
Kindly update what should be the minimum interval for antibiotic usage.

Brief Answer:
here are the details.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the follow up.
There is no such thing like minimum interval between antibiotic usage.
It depends upon condittion of the patient.
If the treating doctors feels that there might be bacterial infection he can add antibiotics to prescription, sometimes antibiotics are necessary for avoiding secondary bacterial infection.
Only thing I can suggest you is to ask your doctor that, is it necessary to rush for the antibiotics everytime or should we wait for 3 to 4 days.
If the child is playful, eating well , passing urine adequatly, and fever spikes decreases with paracetamol gradually or there is no fever then you can withold antibiotics.
But you need to complete the course of antibiotics once you started it.
Coming to second part,
Two cough syrups can be given sometimes
like in your case one is expectorant (necessary for asthma or productive cough) and other is for dry and irritating cough.
If the sleep of the child gets disturbed by exccessive cough or he vomits after bout of cough he may need both.
Hope I helped you.
