Brief Answer:
Possible Upper Respiratory tract infection.
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I understand your concern.
You possibly seem to have mild upper respiratory tract infection.
I generally treat my patients with these complaints with oral tablets of Tab.Sinarest twice daily for 3 days,Tab.Azithral 500 mg once daily for 3 days and Syrup.Grillinctus/Zedex 5ml twice daily. So please check with your doctor if he prescribes the same.
If symptoms still persist I advise you to get Complete blood picture, QBC for MP, Widal test, urine microscopy, Chest X-ray in the nearest laboratory.
Take hot liquids like soups, milk etc.
Prefer home foods and mineral water.
Post your further queries if any,
Thank you.
