As per your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having upper respiratory track infection (URTI) with post nasal drip (PND).
If I were your treating doctor , I would advice
Salt water gargle twice daily ,
Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast combination like Tab Allegra M at night &
anti inflammatory analgesic Tab Paracetamol 650 mg twice daily .
You will get relief .
