Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to the HCM

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Allergic coughs are usually not associated with fever episodes. Many a times lower respiratory tract infections can cause airway spasms along with fever also known as WALRI (wheeze associated lower respiratory tract infections ). They need a proper course of antibiotics for treatment.

I would recommend you to continue with Macpod 100 as advised by your pediatrician. Use of duolin should be guided by pulmonary wheeze as found on chest examination.

You may use acetaminophen for fever episodes. I don't think that your daughter needs aceclofenac at present, so hold on to it.

A chest X Ray will be useful to rule out pneumonia in case the child doesn't respond to this treatment.

Hopefully this will help you.
Take care
