Question: Hai..I am 11 weeks pregnant and suffering from cold and headache can i take vicks action 500 tablet ..pls suggest some medicine for my cold and headache

Hello dear, take tablet paracetamol thrice a day, tablet cetrizine twice a day and steam inhalation at least thrice a day.
I hope these measures will help you but in case you get sore throat then visit your doctor at for a prescription of antibiotic.

Hello mam right now I am having vicks action 500 and cold act but suffering a lot from headache and cold can't tolerate till tomorrow ..so please help me

You can have it to the maximum of 4 tablets in a day and just take rest in a quiet room as much as possible.
The headache is most probably due to the blocked nose and sinuses so better take some steam inhalation at regular intervals.
