Brief Answer:
Taking one of these medicines should be enough. Gurgle with lukewarm water.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
Your symptoms are likely to have an allergic component and so taking some antiallergicb for a few days is likely to be helpful. Cheston Cold contains Paracetamol, Cetirizine (antiallergic) and Phenylpropanolamine and can be taken. After the relief of your pain you can shift to plain Cetirizine however if you wish.
In any case, gurgling with lukewarm water should provide relief and I would encourage it.
Benadryl (Diphenhydramine) is another antiallergic. Taking one antiallergic should suffice.
