Question: I'm having cold and my throat is really paining as if something has got stuck in my throat.
What medicine should i take ?

Cheston Cold contains Paracetamol, Cetirizine (antiallergic) and Phenylpropanolamine and can be taken. After the relief of your pain you can shift to plain Cetirizine however if you wish.
In any case, gurgling with lukewarm water should provide relief and I would encourage it.
Benadryl (Diphenhydramine) is another antiallergic. Taking one antiallergic should suffice.
