Brief Answer:
Viral illness and mild allergy
Detailed Answer:
Hi...I have gone through the history points you have provided.
I feel that you kid is having a recurrent viral illness and a mild allergy.
Regarding viral illness - Fever of few days without any localizing signs could as well a viral illness. Usually rather than fever, what is more important is the activity of the child, in between 2 fever episodes on the same day. If the kid is active and playing around when there is no fever, it is probably viral illness and it doesn't require antibiotics at all. Once viral fever comes it will there for 4-7 days. So do not worry about duration if the kid is active.
Paracetamol can be given in the dose of 15mg/kg/dose (maximum ceiling dose of 500mg) every 4-6th hourly that too only if fever is more than 100F. I suggest not using combination medicines for fever, especially with Paracetamol.
Regarding mild seasonal allergy - I suggest you use Monteleukast 4mg tablet mixed in water once a day for 2 weeks. Apart from this I suggest you use daily 2.5mg once Levocetrizine syrup too. Both these are prescription drugs, so I suggest you meet your pediatrician for this.

Brief Answer:
May be viral still....possibly typhoid
Detailed Answer:
Hi....Greetings from XXXXXXX I have gone through your reports.
I need to tell you some facts about Widal test. There are 2 methods of doing it. Slide method is easier, less reliable and results are available immediately. Tube method is more reliable, takes 36 hours to report.
If this widal has taken 2 days to report trust it.
Regarding cold and cough, as I have already mentioned it looks like seasonal allergy.
I suggest you use oral Monteleukast and Levocetrizine for 2 weeks and review again. Both are prescription drugs. You need to see your pediatrician for this.
I practice in XXXXXXX in week days and Kanchipuram on Sundays. If needed you can approach me on weekdays in XXXXXXX or Sundays at Kanchipuram.
Regards - Dr. Sumanth
