1. Folic Acid is 2.6ng/ml [Normal is 2.7 to 17ng/ml] thus is slightly reduced.

4. Homocysteine is 18.1umol/L [Normal is 2.2 to 13.2] so is elevated.
5. going by your reports there is 'homocystinuria' and Homocysteine is chemically transformed into methionine and cysteine with the help of folic acid, vitamin B12, and vitamin B6, since B12 and folate are in reference range thus you should check with Vitamin B6 to rule out its deficiency.
