Brief Answer:
Avoid first generation antihistamines and use otrivin nasal drops
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for posting a follow up question.
As you are having allergy to keflex, that contains cephalexin, which belong to cephalosporin group of drugs, you need to avoid all pencillin and cephalosporin group of drugs.
Benadryl contains diphenhydramine which is first generation antihistamine.I have adviced you to take levocetrizine, which you can take without any worries. It is a second generation antihistamine.
But try to avoid monteleukast and sinarest vapocaps tablets as you are having allergy to sulphates.
If you totally want to avoid antihistamines, you should use xylometazoline nasal drops also called otrivin drops, which is a topical decongestant.Use two drops in each nostril 3-4 times daily.
If you have fever and bodyache, you can use paracetamol tablets, without any worries.
Hopefully i have answered your query.
Feel free to post any further queries.
Thank you
