Brief Answer:
stop meftal and consult a physician

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I have seen the reports of urine and CBC.
TLC and Neutrophils count are on higher side which are suggestive of a systemic problem rather than a primary problem of the eye.

Mostly such problems occur with Upper respiratory tract infections.
You should get evaluated by a local physician.

In my view you should do lukewarm salt water gargles. I usually suggest the following to my patients: tablet Azee 500 once a day for three days. Tab Sinarest 8 hourly for three days. And Eye drop Moxif thrice daily till relief. Azee is an antibiotic and has side effects. You should see a doctor before taking it.

I hope the advice will be helpful for you.

Thank you doctor. I now remember I have at times seen bulgum with dark spot. Will carefully check it if these are blood spot. I was very casual about it as It was one or twice only. Is it indicative of the same?

Brief Answer:
Xray chest advisable

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Welcome back.
Black or pink dot in sputum may be blood, source may be ailing lungs or sore throat.
Congestion of throat may lead to watering of the eyes as well.
You should also get a chest Xray in that case.
I hope the advice will be helpful for you.
