Suggest Treatment For Constant Headaches

Question: hi , I am having continuous headache since 1 week, it started before the day of my monthly periods and continued till now. Actually it is deep continuous irritating pain. due to this pain im not able concentrate and work at my office. when I take dart I feel relief for few hrs or the same day and it returns next day. please tell the reason of pain and suggest remedy to cure.

This type of headache is either seen in case of weak eyesight or because of sinusitis after sore throat
So in case you feel anything out of this please get it checked as soon as possible
Taking loads of painkillers is not a good option
