Brief Answer:
may be infection
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the query.
Please tell me is there any fever?
Z &D drops is zinc supplement drop.
It is not antibiotic.
And if there is bacterial infection in the stomach we need to do complete course of antibiotics.
So i suggest you to do the stool routine and microscopy test and do follow up.
If the viral infection is there it will be self limiting in most cases.
Till then you can give ORS, zinc for 14 days, and probiotics like econorm XXXXXXX
Hope i helped you.

ok..but its start second time in this month. Will it happen if So why its occurs due to teething?
Brief Answer:
here are the details
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the follow up.
If it is viral it may relapse any number of time.
If its bacterial you will have to complete the course of antibiotics.
Teething as such do not cause loose motions but child put anything in the mouth while teething to ease the pain and discomfort of gums so there are chances of infection passing down to stomach from the objects put in mouth.
Hope i helped you.
