Brief Answer:
see a urologist for prostate gland tests.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX. . your symptoms are typical of obstructive urination, due to most likely, prostate gland enlargement. as your urine culture doesn't show infection, you need to see a urologist for further evaluation and treatment. your daibetes is well controlled.you should get your your urine flow checked with a flow rate test. also blood tests like, urea, s.creatinine, PSA, and after seeing the reports, your urologist may advise a cystoscopy test, to decide on further treatment. prostate gland enlargement is common in males at your age, so don't worry.

Brief Answer:
A PERSONAL EXAMINATION IS MOST IMPORTANT.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,

A check-up by your doctor, is a basic requirement. Human body is not a machine to be run by reports of lab tests. Personal examination by qualified doctor is more important than lab reports.

Hope you've no more doubts.
