Suggest Treatment For Constipation Along With Fever In Children

Question: My 18 month old developed a fever in the middle of the night yesterday and it continues throughout the day, but then he started crying and grabbing his diaper area. He finally passed a very hard large stool and I realized he may be constipated. He does have some upper airway congestion and cough but I'm more concerned about the fever and constipation. Is this something to worry about? He is never had this problem before
