Brief Answer:
Yes, take hi to the ER!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about what your father has the symptoms of no bowel movement, pains,m etc that you have reported.

From the information you have provided, I am afraid he may be having bowel obstruction or severe constipation. I will suggest that you take him to the ER for proper examination testing and treatment. Has he had any vomiting episodes? Is he able to fart?

In all, his past history and symptoms are concerning enough for a possible intestinal occlusion. Would like him to visit the ER for evaluation and treatment.

I hope this helps. I wish your dad well. Thank you so much for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

He has vomited but not since taking an anti vomiting pill. He can pass gas but just a little.
