Suggest Treatment For Consumption Of Doubled Dosage Of Fluoxetine And Losartan-hctz
Question: I take fluoxetine hcl 20 mg, losartan-hctz 50-12.5 and simvastatin 20 mg every night, but tonight I mistakenly doubled the dosage. I am 71, weight 148. Should I be concerned?

I am not sure, if you have doubled the dosage of all medications or any single drug.
Only drug which would be worrisome among these is losartan-hctz 50 combination. It could cause hypotension. If you feel dizziness, lie down. Also take plenty of fluids (only for today). At night, avoid taking excess water, as it could cause disturbed sleep.
Otherwise, nothing else to worry.
Avoid doing so in future specifically in relation to anti-hypertensives.
