For acne lesions, you may apply microbenz 3.5% gel during the day. At night I suggest you to apply Deriva CMS gel over acne affected area.
Since your acne seems inflammatory therefore I would also suggest you to take oral antibiotic e.g Cap Microdox - LBX 100mg, twice daily for 2-4 weeks.
Use a gentle cleanser for face wash e.g Cetaphil gentle cleansing lotion, twice daily.
You may use Radant lite masque (Percos pharma) for 30 minutes application twice in a week to improve complexion.
