Suggest Treatment For Continuous Pain In Left Arm And Shoulder
Question: I left arm and shoulder is continually aching and sometimes feels like dead weight, it even wakes me at night with the pain

Other referred pain from viscera should be ruled out, so am ECG to relief out heart related, ultrasound abdomine to rule out gall bladder related. Even gastroesphageal reflux, done time can present with the symptoms that need to be ruled out.
If it's either local or referred pain, initially I would suggest you to see orthopedician for exact diagnosis.

Thanks for uour reply, the pain is no worse when arm is moved, the pain seems more musule than joint it like when you get a punch in the upper arm but the pain is there majority of the day and night, it makes my whole arm ache, as i said its like a dead weight,
