Brief Answer:
Need to take medication

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,

Thank you for your query.

First of all I would like to say due to costochondritis there is secondary anxiety features and sleep disturbance you have.

So first of all we should address your primary complain regarding costochondritis.
Whether you have taken any treatment for it or not?
What all investigations you did?
To know the cause I suggest you consult your doctor and do local examination and needed investigation like X ray chest, CT chest, blood investigation like CBC etc.., If you have done already then upload reports.

Regarding your anxiety and sleep disturbance you need to take anti anxiety medications like clonazepam, lorazepam, etizola, tofisopam, opipramol etc...
If you have anxiety symptoms since many times than you might be needed other medication like selective serotonin re uptake inhibitor etc..
For sleep benzodiazepins will also works.
First of all consult psychiatrist for detail history and mental status examination.
You will also get benefit by psychological counselling.

Thank you
