Question: Extreme tiredness a bad cough that makes the muscles around my stomach hurt when I cough stuffy nose and ears

Thanks for posting your query on HCM.

You seem to be suffering from allergic cough. Just albuterol and flonase may not be very effective. You have to take anti allergics like a montair lc daily and an inhaler by the name of symbicort. Take it regularly for some time. Continue with flonase and other medicines for aches and pains. If no relief with inhaler, a short course of oral steroids may be required. You will have to consult your PCP for the dosage etc. With these and proper rest and diet you should be alright.
