Suggest Treatment For Cough And Cold Along With Blocked Nose

Question: My Father is 78 years old and he is suffering from cough and cold since Sunday. till he was taking Benadryl for dry cough but didn't get any relief.
Yesterday Night he had frequent dry cough with little or no mucus. The moment he tried to lie down and sleep, he started coughing. He slept on chair as he couldn't lie down.
As of now he is also feeling heaviness in head and blocked nose.

Thanks for posting the query.

If it's just dry cough Then give your dad 5ml of GRILINCTUS syrup 3 times a day for 5 days and give steam inhalation with karvolplus steam capsules. Buy putting them in hot water.

Try this for 2-3 days. If still he don't get any relief then i suggest you to see a doctor to get the antibiotics prescribed.

Any issue do follow up.
