Brief Answer:
Get her examined

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
At 13 months most of cough and cold is viral and will settle in a few days.
But you have mentioned that she had fever few days back.
It is better to avoid over the counter medicines without examination by your pediatrician.
A proper clinical examination is mandatory to rule out infections in ear nose throat or chest.
All I can suggest is antihistamines like cetrizine drops. I usually prescribe around 0.5 ml twice a day. You can use this information till you get to your child's pediatrician.
Wishing your daughter speedy recovery.
Regards
Dr Arun
