Brief Answer:
It is safe. You can take levofloxacin either.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query at HCM
I understand your concern and situation.

You are having cough and cold. It is quite common in winter season. It is mostly because of respiratory syncytial virus, rhinovirus, influenza virus, para influenza virus. Normally in such patients I advise saline gargle or chlorhexidine gargle 6-8 times per day, antihistamines like cetrizine 10 mg once a day, NSAID like acetaminophen. Usually antibiotics are not needed. Theses symptoms are usually self limiting and go in few weeks. But to avoid complications we sometimes prescribe antibiotics. You are taking amoxicillin which works on gram positive bacteria especially effective if you have Group B Stretococcus infection. But usually upper respiratory tract infection so you can continue with it 500 mg 3 times per day or levofloxacin 500 mg for 5 days to prevent secondary infections. Take multivitamin and multimineral supplements. Drink plenty of fluids and take adequate rest. There are no serious side effects. It may cause bad taste in mouth.

Hope I answered your query.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
Metoclopramide and pantaprazole.

Detailed Answer:
Mostly hiccups do not require medical treatment and will usually stop after a short period of time. You can sip ice-cold water, hold your breath for a short period, bite on a lemon, swallow granulated sugar, taste vinegar. Pull your knees up to your chest and lean forward to compress your chest.

I would suggest metoclopramide and pantaprazole tablet for few weeks for acidity. You can discuss regarding this with your doctor. It will bring relief.

Take care.
