Suggest Treatment For Greenish Nasal Discharge And Body Pain
i am 33years male from ,toronto,canada.last three days i felt some body pain and yellow/greenish nasal discharge and cough .i thought it was the symptom of flue/nasal infection.so yeaserday i took mox500 antibiotics 1-1-1,now i have no body pain and nasal discharge.but feel loose motion(diaria).is it happend with overdose of antibiotics use .shall i stop mox500. Noted your history of flu like symptoms, body ache, yellow green nasal discharge, too Mox 500 thrice daily, symptoms improved but developed diarrhea.
The diarrhea can be due to viral infection, nasal infection gone to stomach and intestines or due to Amoxicillin causing GI bacterial flora disturbance and thus diarrhea.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Continue Amoxicillin and take probiotics with it, may solve your diarrhea.
If no response within few days then to shift to another antibiotic.
Also take nasal decongestants.
Take rest.
Symptomatic and supportive treatment as required.
Continue all till complete recovery.
