Brief Answer:
Nebulization would be helpful.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. The treatment is proceeding on right lines. However, I would suggest you to get a home nebulization kit and to give her nebulizations as and when required, especially when she catches cold. Usually can use normal saline (0.9% NaCl) while you give the inhalers parallely. Alternatively, you can give nebulization with Levolin 0.63mcg if there is wheezing. Give Montair tablet once daily during such episodes and you can skip it while she is doing fine. Discuss with her treating physician before making amends to the ongoing treatment.

Children frequently suffer from viral infections which precipitate such episodes. Avoidance of cold should help in reducing the frequency but that will not make it go away. You would have to accept it.

Let me know if I could help further.

Regards
