Brief Answer:
suggest for MRI THORACO LUMBOSACRAL SPINE

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for using HCM.

Really feel sorry & concerned for your painful condition.
In my clinical practice with pain management, patients with your similar history, which looks like acute neuralgic radiating pain related with lumbar disc prolapse or compression, i would

1.First of all suggest good bed rest, with no stress or strain at the back.
2.Pain control with adequate analgesics, (like diclofenac, naproxen), added with muscle relaxants(like chloroxozone) antiedema drugs like seratiopeptidase, vitamin b12 supplements(especially methylcobalamine which helps in regenerating the nerve endings), gabapentin or pregablin,in the more dense cases with methylprednisolone and opiods.
3.MRI thoraco lumbosacral spine to localise the exact & specific compression or prolapse.

I would be happy if you get back to me with these.

Wishing you a speedy recovery with good health.

All the best, take care.
Thanks
