Suggest Treatment For Cyst In Testicle
Question: 54 white usa Michigan hydrcele operation 1 month ago fatty spermocele outside tunica viganalis with cysts they went ahead with a lords style operation removeing tunica no fluid between testicle and tunica. and mass they calles spermocele with cysts was on outside of tunica .know I have a new marble shaped cyst forming on top right testicle it is hard and some pain when touched .why these cysts keep forming? Cancer.fungi.parasite.bacteria?.my primary doc put me on doxycycline he thinks b burgdorfi bacteria from my dog. he has lyme and ticks he also has round worm and licks my face ..I got rid of dog.I wanted the doc to remove testicle we argued and he convinced me to save it .I did not want to take any chances with cancer . Know I have cyst by or on right kidney ..scared...? Any ideas what would u do if u were me.?

as there was no fluid in tunica vaginalis, it was not a hydrocele. it was just a cyst/ lypoma (fatty) in spermatic cord that was removed. so you need not to worry much. now the newly formed cyst may be due to infection or just blood collection.
the information given by you is not sufficient. a hard mass formed on the top of testicle should not be considered as cancer because it has developed in a very less time just a month. cancer needs more time to become such large. the chances are in favour of a blood clot there or any infection. an ultrasound of scrotum will diagnose the problem.
infection usually has other clinical signs also like redness, tenderness etc. if infection is still suspected, they may aspirate the fluid and send it for culture.
regarding removal of testis, i am of the same opinion. for such a small reason, we should not remove testicle. otherwise removing testicle is a small surgery and can be done at any time if you really want.
so please stop worrying, get a proper diagnosis of disease and take treatment accordingly. you will be fine soon, this is not a big problem i think.

I am being treatment for lyme disease b burgdorfi bacteria and round worm could these be forming cysts ? Semen is not normal clear and yellow in color

what is best treatment, for Lyme if u had, for 1 year,and,round worms please is three weeks of 200mg per day doxycycline good

doxycyclin is the drug of choice for Lyme's disease. most of the patients get cured of it. but some times the organisms become resistant to doxycyclin. in that case we have to change the medication. that will be decided by your treating physician depending on your clinical response to drug.
