it might be recurrent UTI leading to cystitis
Detailed Answer:
Dear madam,
I am happy to know that you are not diabetic or hypertensive.
This seems like recurrent UTI (urinary tract infection). UTI might be the cause for renal stones and also cystitis in your case. If you are unaware of what cystitis is, cystitis is bladder infection due to which you might be feeling pressure in the lower stomach.
Now, you said that you were given ?Celphelan which sounds like cephalosporin antiboitic for UTI. But was it prescribed after the culture and sensitivity test or prophylactically. As this is recurrent episode you might need to discuss about the urine culture and sensitivity with your doctor in your next consultation if not done before. Culture and sensitivity helps to find out the causative organism for UTI and the antibiotic to which it is sensitive. So this helps in the accurate treatment in case of UTI.
One more thing is as you are in menopause phase the urinary symptoms like pain during urination and incontinence might be common due to estrogen deficiency and weakened pelvic floor even with or without infection. I would address this condition only if urinary tract infection is ruled out.
Don't worry with apt treatment it will subside.
In the meanwhile take adequate fluids upto 2 to 3 litres. Coconut water and cranberry juice also are helpful. So have them daily. Good personal hygiene is also recommended.
Hope this satisfies your query.

cat scan might detect the tumors
Detailed Answer:
Dear madam,I understand your concern.I saw your query.
In my opinion cat scan is used to detect:-
1)Tumors anywhere in abdomen
2)Renal tumours or stones.
3)Bladder tumours.
4)Bladder thickness.
5)Any residual urine in bladder.
The bladder thickness and residual urine are important in case of UTI and cystitis.
Cat scan gives more information and is sensitive than ultrasound.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to ask any more queries.
Good luck....Dr.srilatha
