Brief Answer:
Unlikely due to vertbral osteophytes.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
I'm Dr. Sudhir Kumar,
After going through your query I concluded that your headache is unlikely due to your neck problem(cervical spondylosis).
For headache you have to take paracetamol for symptomatic relief.Mecobalamin may be of help. You need CT scan head and vitamin studies specially VITAMIN B12 to be done. You need to consult neurologist.
You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.
Hope I have answered your query.
If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Wishing you good health.
Take care.
