Suggest Treatment For Dandruff And Hair Fall

With use of antidandruff shampoo, hair fall can also be prevented.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Welcome to health care magic
I have gone through your query and understood the concern about dandruff and hair fall.
1) Dandruff or seborrheic dermatitis is an important cause increased hair fall. Controlling dandruff effectively would control dandruff related hair fall too.
As dandruff is bound to recur, you can use an antidandruff shampoo rather than using a regular shampoo.
If I would have your treating doctor, I would have advised you to use 2% ketoconazole shampoo (scalpe lotion) daily which is an antidandruff lotion/shampoo.
Sometimes, a shampoo alone does not give satisfactory results. In such a case dermatologists choose to prescribe a topical steroid lotion (Mometasone lotion e.g elocon lotion) to be applied once daily at night.
As both this shampoo/lotion are prescription drugs, you can consult some local doctor or dermatologist who will know about them and can prescribe you.
The topical steroid lotion can be stopped once the dandruff is well controlled and thereafter the improvement can be sustained with just an anti-dandruff lotion/shampoo.
2) For hair fall prevention:
Hair fall could be related to multiple factors like diet, nutrition, hormones, stress or using cosmetic products.
You should rule out anemia by doing complete blood count and iron profile. Vitamin D and B12 level should also be checked. Thyroid profile should be done to rule out hypothyroidism. (if not done earlier)
I would suggest you to take oral tablets containing biotin and other essential vitamin and minerals for 3 to 6 months which will prevent further hair fall.
Use of shampoo and conditioner on regular basis and use of coconut oil to the hair.
Avoid combing in wet hair or dry them with towel and then do combing.
Avoid blow dryers and hair color or dyes.
Take plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet and remain stress free.
Hope this detailed information will be helpful.
