Brief Answer:
irritant dermatitis, topical steroid antibiotic cream & oral steroids
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it is looking like irritant dermatitis.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply a cream containing topical steroid antibiotic combination like mometasone and fusidic acid cream on the affected red areas twice and take a short course of oral steroids like tablet prednisolone 20 mg once daily for 5 days.
This should resolve the reaction.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
The chances of scars are less but their is a possibility of pigmentation once the reaction settles.
