Suggest Treatment For Dark Brown Spots On Scrotum

Question: My son age 15 has a dark brown spot on scrotum that looks like a birth mark...its not itchy or painful..is this normal?

Ok i will send pic when get home late tonite...in meantime is there anything u can tell me to alleviate my fears of cancer...many times is this a benign skin condition. Itd been there at least a yr with little change in size...thanks so much
