Thanks for approaching XXXXXXX for your health query and below are given some of the preventive and treatment measures regarding your problem
A. Dark circles
i.In your age (30) it could possible be due to
hormonal imbalance.
iii. You have not told about your occupation i.e. too much
stress or environmental pollution/dirt are triggering factors.
iv. knowing your skin condition is necessary as people with dark circles/pimples use medication/application consisting of alcohol and
salicylic acid which makes skin dry and thereby resulting in dark spots (any history)
v. You can consult or take advice from a
dermatologist for
second opinion (if any)
TREATMENT:
1. For dark circles:
- avoid prolonged sun exposure: wear hat or use a good sunscreen.
- don't consume heavy diet.
- drink water (8-10glasses) per day to hydrate the skin.
- Avoid processed-junk-spicy-oily food, take fresh fruits and vegetables.
- Skin and nervous systen has a common embryological origin, so 'psychosomatic' treatment is must (Medhya Drugs like
Brahmi is effective)
- Internally Arogyavardhini Vati, Gandhak Rasayan, Kaishore Guggul are used.
- Externally local application of Kumkumadi Tail alongwoth use of Even Shade cream (Charak) in evening gives good result.
- If hormonal imbalance is the cause, then Derclean face wash (Zydus Liva) is helpful.
- In your case: age and disease, has common cause and effect relationship thus Avipattikar Churna is advised at bed time.(you can consult with Ayurveda Physician there)
- Home made packs such as:
¤ Multani XXXXXXX face pack (for all skin types)
¤ Lodhra+Vacha+Dhanyak in equal quantity with milk as base.
¤ Neem patra churan+haldi (1 part each) mixed with Mudga flour (8 parts) and mustard oil (q.s.)
..... any of the above pack should be used after fomentation/steam of face which will result in opening of sweat glands pore.
¤ Avoid oily food, aerated drinks, eat slowly-chew properly-avoid over eating.
¤ Avoid peas, beans, meat, potato, excess and irregular eating
¤ You can take vinegar or coriander chutney before food
¤ Regular abdominal exercises, morning walk is essential, coconut water and raw papaya vegetable is ideal drink and food.
¤ Remain calm and stress free.
¤ Draksharisht, Chitrakadi Vati, Tab
Gasex, Mahashankh vati are given to improve digestion.
¤ Drinking holy XXXXXXX (tulsi) leaves juice 10ml everyday has good effect on symptoms of bad digestion.
