Brief Answer:
Expert advise & self care would help.

Detailed Answer:
HI XXXX,
Thanks for the query on Health care magic platform.I have read it & understand your concern.
* The dark patches on face at the sites you have can be due to allergy, fungal infection or exposure to ultra violate light in sun rays, hormonal imbalance, following acne, genetic.
The probability of fungal infection is less.. as you don't mention itching or rashes on skin.So you should go to assess your health on the lines of allergy/hormonal assay ... as to find/ exclude cause forms basis of effective treatment.
*You don't seem to have any allergen detected till now, still it's worth going for allergy screening test if normal blood counts indicate allergy.
- Use of certain medicines like tetracycline , sulfa group of drugs or anti epileptic drugs can cause such patches.
* Hormonal variations specially at your age due to stress & strain of life/ certain thyroid problems can lead to such problem.
* Ultra violate rays stimulate the melanin ( dark pigment ) producing cell sin skin over the most exposed area of body ( face.. fore head/ cheeks/ neck) & the pigmentation occurs.
* In this context I would advise consulting your physician for primary analysis & investigations , following these he would refer you to skin specialist/ endocrinologist/ allergy specialist.
Ideally you need treatment from concerned expert ( in case some cause is detected ) which would take care of the basic cause, along with skin management by the skin specialist.
* Treatment options for skin lesion are Use of skin brightening cream/ sun screen /vitamin E / use of Nut grass, green tea extracts for local application.
-Laser treatment is used to manage the melanin producing cells/ to repair scars of acne if any.
Self care-
- Avoid exposure to sun/ hot atmosphere- Use sun screen, brimmed hat ,
- Eat healthy diet , with vitamin E, C, B complex.
- avoid physical / psychological stress, Be positive.
- use specific medicines prescribed by experts regularly.
Thus an expert advise & self care would help you to manage the problem very well.
I hope that answers your query. any follow up query is welcome.
Thanks.
