I have reviewed your photograph. It seems to be some old scar.
In such cases I recommend my patients to use tretinoin 0.05 percent cream on the scar at night. This will lighten it.
In case you want more effective treatment go for laser treatment or microneedling sessions. This will further help in removing it.
In case you want to hide it go for concealer from some good company.
