Suggest Treatment For Darkened Skin
Broad spectrum sunscreen+pigment reducing creams
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthacermagic
I have gone through your query and I have understood your concern.
You must use a broad spectrum sunscreen, throughout the day.
A sunscreen should be broad spectrum to be effective i.e it should protect against both UV B as well as UV A part of the electromagnetic spectrum.
A sunscreen with minimum spf 30 or more is considered broad spectrum.
It should re-applied every 2-3 hours.
At night you may use a cream containing pigment reducing agent like glycolic acid, kojic acid, hydroquinone etc on face.
Mechanism of action of these pigment reducing agents is either exfoliating of pre-existing melanin Or prevention of synthesis of new melanin Or both.
In addition, you may also opt for a few session of chemical peeling e.g Glycolic acid Or Retinol peel would be quite useful in reducing pigmentation.

Alpha Hydroxy Acid skin lightening gel
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Apart from the sunscreen which I mentioned in my previous reply I would suggest that you use a product by Dermatologic Cosmetic Laboratories (DCL) i.e AHA lightening gel, initially once daily at night for a week and thereafter twice daily.
It is available online:

Sunscreen should be used through out the day, every 2-3 hours, specially if you are outdoors.
