Suggest Treatment For Deformed Nipples
Question: I need an opinion on my nipples. A friend of mine told me to ask. She thought they looked deformed. Not sure how to send photos.I was born with my nipples like this. Here are the photos. Is there anything wrong with my nipples? And why do they look like this? Ive never seen anyone else with these before. They pucker at the tips and when they extend they look somewhat like tubes. Are they deformed?

You nipples are not deformed.
Detailed Answer:
Generally your nipples do not look strange. Tubes inside are the normal thing as the nipples are to excrete the milk (not in your case of course). So there is a canal in the middle of nipples. Just some have it more visible, others dont.
So there is nothing strange in your nipples. You may not like them, and find them causing cosmetic discomfort. In this matter, you may consult plastic surgeon. But in my opinion, there is no need to do anything with your nipples.
Seeing your breasts, I can tell that not the nipples are worrisome, but the protrusion of your breasts. It is possible that you suffer from a condition called gynecomastia (when the female breast tissue appears in males). Gynecomastia can be a symptom of hormonal issues, liver issues or in rare cases testis cancer.
That is why, it would be good for you to consult general surgeon who will be able to palpate your breasts and order breasts ultrasound.
