Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX
Welcome to healthcare Magic!
Thanks for your query and trusting me as health advisor.
I have read much of your past history, seen the MRI of spine report and also revisited your queries from 2013 answered by me and Dr XXXXXXX
i had repeated advised you against the acupuncture because it does not help people like you who are having significant findings in the spine.
You are having signs of degeneration in the vertebral column and dessicated discs.
You should consider rehab. and physiotherapy and muscle mass improving exercise.
Let me know about your Nerve work up reports as well.
Take balanced diet with high protein content.
Also get serum Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 levels to detect any deficiency of these vitamins as a cause for prolonged suffering.
Also get an Xray of vertebral column and Pelvis Ap view to see the bony health.
A Dexa scan can further help to detect the same if you can get.
Take a regular oral vitamin and calcium supplement after you have given the samples.
Apply topical pain killer sprays to relieve the tight back and ease the pain.
You can try Tramadol + Paracetamol combination as addition as required.
I hope the advise would be informative and useful for you.
