Your child seems to have dehydration. You need to give ORS.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
There are multiple parts of the problem that you mention. The first and most important part is that she seems to be having dehydration. Increased thirst (for water) and reduced urine output are the signs of dehydration and it needs to be corrected with priority. ORS or oral rehydration solution needs to be given sip by sip in small amounts. Unless this dehydration is corrected things might worsen.
The next part of the problem is not wanting to drink milk. Children do not often feed properly when they are not well. That seems to be the case here. I would insist you not to forcefeed. This could lead to aspiration and could worsen the condition. Coaxing her to drink is all you should do. If she does not drink, do not be impatient. Correcting the dehydration and being supportive to her should soon correct the problem.
Greenish stools occur due to rapid transit of the stool through the large intestine and the green colour of bile does not get enough time to get converted to the yellow colour of stool. Although it does not directly concern us, it indicates that probably there is frequency of passage of stool which is likely to the cause of the dehydration. The cause does not require treatment with antibiotics. ORS should be the mainstay of treatment.
The thrush is likely to be an indicator of reduced immunity. As of now, correcting the present condition should be your priority.
The teething is probably unrelated. You need not be concerned.
Let me know if you have any further query.
