Suggest Treatment For Delayed Puberty In A 16 Year Old Male
Question: Hello. My son is struggling with what he thinks is delayed puberty, and thinks he's got a hormonal disorder. He's horribly embarrassed because he's not developed like others his age, and wants to take hormones. He's 16 (will be 17 in October), is 5'10.5", and weighs 135. His voice is low, but he doesn't shave yet. He wants me to do something, take him to a doctor, but I'm afraid of messing with nature. Could you please advise? Thank you!
