Question: Hi Doctor.



Need an opinion on attached papers for Dementia and central visual field defects .By profession the patient is pilot and he has been put temporarily down from flying duties due to Dementia and central visual field defects.Need to know the detailed opinion on the ailment sustained by the patient.Also please confirm if the ailment is curable or not along with confirmation if its pre existing.

1. There is Small Vessel Ischemic Changes. This means that Many areas of the brain have reduced function due to reduction is blood flow. This causes Memory and Attention Impairment. This problem may not improve

2. A problem in Eye Socket. This causes Tunnel Vision. This can improve

Question 2: Also please confirm if the ailment is curable or not along with confirmation if its pre-existing.

Answer 2:
Problem 1 has less chance for Cure. This is a new problem. Can be due to Flying in High Altitudes
Problem 2 may be cured. This is a new problem. This may not be related to his profession
