Brief Answer:
Features are suggestive of Peyronie's disease
Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir, Hi!
Welcome back.
Thanks for your valuable information.
After having gone through your problem and excluding other possible causes, I am of the opinion that you have Peyronie's disease.
It is caused by scar tissue (plaque) that develops under the skin of the penis. This scar tissue causes an abnormal bend during erection and can cause problems such as bothersome symptoms during intercourse.
I would advice you to consult a urologist if you have:
1. Difficulty achieving or maintaining an erection & thus inability to have sexual intercourse
2. Anxiety or stress about sexual abilities or the appearance of your penis
The urologist will conduct proper clinical examination and ultrasound would be done to confirm the penis abnormalities. It will also show the presence of scar tissue, blood flow to the penis and any other abnormalities.
The treatment may involve the use oral medication Pentoxifylline or Injection Xiaflex which are found to be effective in reducing the indentation or depending upon the severity surgical method is the treatment of choice.
Hope the suggestions given above could be useful in getting the treatment.
Wishing you a very good health.

Hello Dr, I may not have relayed what I was trying to tell properly: I do not have the peyronies symptoms as described in the look up material I have found, I seem to have developed a void in the spong like material that should hold the penis erect in one spot on the left near the top, which makes the top of the penis less erect on one side so that the top has the ability to move kind of up or down instead of being firm all the way ? I do not have any unusual curvature and this may have been like this for about a year, I simply did not notice. Now it seems to effect length and girth or so it feels as the end is far more flexible then it has been ever. Thank you perhaps this helps you to help me.? Respectively Job Spetter
Brief Answer:
As long as you do not have any problem, nothing to worry!
Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir, Hi
Thanks for your query.
Well, as long as you do not have any problem of sufficient penile erection for a satisfactory sexual act or if you are not bothered about the the physical appearance of your penis, there is nothing to worry.
Other wise, a Urologist's consultation is highly recommended.
Take care.
