Suggest Treatment For Depression And Moodiness

Not necessarily depression
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query
Having bad mood does not qualify the diagnosis of depression. We label a patient as depressed when he loses interest in day to day activities, loses interest in activities which was otherwise enjoyable, becomes lonely and prefers to be isolated from others. This has to go on for atleast more than a week to be in depression.
To come out of bad mood I recommend the following things
1. Follow a fruit diet, add lots of fruits into your daily meals
2. Breathing exercises and meditation
3. Take a short break or even a day off from work. Do something you enjoy for example gardening or a long drive, etc
I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
Regards
