Question : Was on northesterone to stop bleeding...had endometriosis and was given cerazette and microgynon 30 for that...have now stopped the northesterone and back on the 2 pills I just mentioned. having my womb 'scraped' for polyps in a couple of weeks....am 52 they think I am still peri menopausal. heavy bleeding started after a 3 mnth break from all contraceptive pills and was awful. Have no cancer as they took a sample of my endometrium. Have been exhausted for a week now - am also taking concerta 18mgs and 40 mgs citalopram a day for adhd and depression. Do not feel depressed just nauseous and very tired all the time. Perhaps I have pill overload!

In my opinion your gynecologist has put you on right dosage and type of medicine.
You are suffering from Peri menopausal stage of life and this pattern is quite a common thing

Just take these same medicines for 3 months and you will feel a lot better.
For tiredness and weakness you can take some multivitamin tablets with gabapentin along which will give you muscle strength and initiative.
Also get your complete blood count and thyroid profile along with fasting sugar levels tested.
