I sleep less around 3 to 4 hours hardly, my apetite is actually quite gud. And No--- i have no history of being mentally sick neither do i have a genetic background in that. I have been feeling so for quite some time now, around 2 years maybe. I am hugely indecisive and anythng and everything around me seems to affect me these days. And i am not suicidal toooo. Its just some kind pf depression . I dont know why i feel low all the time.
Brief Answer:
You have dysthymia
Detailed Answer:
HI
I think, you have dysthymia. Let me explain few things about it. It is a mood disorder in which patient feels low mood, decrease interaction, tiredness, sleep disturbance or lack of pleasure, but severity is less than depression. It stays for long duration and treatment needs antidepressant. I would suggest you paroxetine. It is best among antidepressant and help you to decrease dysthymic symptoms. You need prescription for that as this drug is not available over the counter, so better to consult a physician or psychiatrist for consultation.
In case, you need further help, you can ask.
