Question : hello...... I have anxiety problems... and because of which i think i lack imagination/ Thinking process.... I also lost my confidence,,, and now a days .,... Anxiety/stress has started interferring with my day to day work,,,, I also suffer from Erectile dysfunction/low libido.....and i guess its due to mental disorders only.... pl. suggest remedy as marriage is in next month and i am worried about my sexual life

Because all these symptoms are interfering with your work and other routine activities, you need to urgently consult a psychiatrist and ask for help. You need to take drugs for the treatment of depression. You can specifically ask your doctor regarding those drugs that do not cause sexual problems like bupropion. It will also improve your concentration rapidly.
The antidepressant drug will show benefit after only 15 to 20 days, so meanwhile you can also go for counselling and psychotheapy. Regular exercise in morning hours will help.
